Handwritten notes by Rica Singopoulo on seven sheets and three double sheet notepapers. The notes pertain to Cavafy's life and to the members of his family (mainly his mother and brothers). Some of the information recorded derives from the family correspondence as well as from the remnants of the poet's belongings.

Two copies of a typewritten letter by Theodoros Griva(-Gardikiotis) to Raymond Queneau of the Gallimard publishing house, on the recto of two sheets. Blank versos. The sender attempts to settle a misunderstanding concerning the French publication of Cavafy's Collected Works and his own participation therein. Below the typewritten text, handwritten note in Greek to Alekos Singopoulo, in which he proposes to Singopoulo to collaborate with the Gallimard publishing house on the aforementioned publication. Handwritten letter by Polys Modinos to Cavafy in three sheets, with notes to the recto of the last. References to Hubert Pernot –Modinos urges Cavafy to write to him–, to J. Kefalinos, K. Varnalis –for whom there are comments on his personal opinion on K. Palamas– as well as to a poet who wrote a sonnet dedicated to Cavafy and intends to visit him in Alexandria. Extended reference to Miltos Kountouras and the opinion he expressed regarding Cavafy's poetry as well as to Psichari. The sheets are numbered (2, 3). Handwritten letter by Mike Ralli to Cavafy in two sheets, with notes on all sides. It is a reply to a letter dated 9 October. Extensive commentary on the resignation of Konstantinos Synadinos from the Banque Générale as well as on other people related to the financial and social life of Alexandria. Reference to the author's engagement in hunting. He details his views on the work Le Maître de forges by G. Ohnet; reference to the journal The Athenaeum, to which he subscribed. (Alexandria)

Handwritten letter by Constantin Photiadès to Cavafy in a bifolio. The author asks Cavafy, whom he considers the greatest of all Greek poets, to write a study on contemporary Greek poetry (19th-20th cen.), to be published in the Revue de Paris; he offers to facilitate him in anything he might need, should he decide to accept. Handwritten text, draft of an article about the "Chronicle of Morea". Cancellations and emendations. The text spreads on four sheets, written on both the recto and the verso. The pages are numbered from the second sheet onwards (3-8).

Handwritten diary from Cavafy's trip to Greece during the period 13 June-5 August 1901. It is written in English, on 31 sheets of various sizes, among which letterheads of the Khedivial Mail Steamship Company, the Grand Hotel d'Angleterre in Athens, the Grand Hotels of Faliron and Patras as well as the Austrian Lloyd (Oesterreichischer Lloyd). It also includes a draft plan of the central part of the city of Patras (part of the entry of on 31 July), with the street names in Greek. The diary contains daily entries by Cavafy, in which he describes his trip by boat to and from Alexandria as well as his activities, acquaintances, social encounters and impressions from Athens and the other places he visited.
