Handwritten letter by François Sauton to Cavafy on both sides of a letterhead of the École française de Bruxelles. It is accompanied by a typewritten poem on the recto of two sheets and by the also typewritten study "Sous le signe de la jeunesse. Eliane van Damme", on the rectos of five numbered sheets, which he kindly asks the poet to translate into Greek and publish in a journal. (Brussels)
