Short and longer handwritten texts by Cavafy, most of which are handwritten by himself (among them: "The Last Days of Odysseus", "A Few Pages on the Sophists", etc.). They are mostly critiques or essay-type texts, some of which are incomplete or in the form of extensive notes. Two of the items are dated.

Sub-file 1 contains personal photographs of Cavafy, most of which were taken in Alexandria. Three negatives are also included. Sub-file 2 contains photographs of members of the poet's immediate and extended family. Sub-file 3 contains photographic portraits of third persons, the majority of which cannot be identified.

Sub-file 2 contains the incoming and outgoing correspondence of Alekos and Rica Singopoulo with third parties. Sub-file 3 contains the incoming and outgoing correspondence of Alekos Singopoulo with The Hogarth Press publishing house, regarding the English publication of Cavafy's poems.

Sub-file 1 contains letters by E. M. Forster addressed to Cavafy. Sub-file 2 contains the letters sent to the poet by his friends Mike Ralli, John Rodocanachi and Stephen Schilizzi, mainly during the period he was in Istanbul (1882-1885). Sub-file 3 contains letters by various senders to Cavafy.

Sub-file 1 contains all the letters sent by John Cavafy to C. P. Cavafy at various times. Sub-file 2 contains the letters by Paul Cavafy to C. P. Cavafy, while Sub-file 3 contains letters to C. P. Cavafy sent by members of his family.

The first sub-file contains the handwritten prose and poetry texts sent by Greek authors to the journal for publication. The second sub-file contains letters by Greek authors to the journal, while the third sub-file contains handwritten lists.

The first sub-file contains items related almost exclusively to Rica Singopoulo's efforts to establish the "Friends of Cavafy" group, immediately after the poet's death. The second sub-file contains items of personal nature of Alekos and Rica Singopoulo.

Photographs of the room where Cavafy died at the Greek Hospital in Alexandria by photographer Apostolos Ververis; a series of photographs from the inside of the poet’s flat (most likely after his death) by the same photographer. Also, Alekos Singopoulo’s photograph in his middle years, photographs of friends Polys Modinos and Alekos Kampanis, two photographs of Cavafy in his middle years etc. Three of the items are dated.

Sketches by various artists (K. Maleas, P. Radovich, N. Gogos, Efth. Papadimitriou, J. Kefalinos, etc.), the majority of which depict Cavafy's figure. Two of them are printed and some are polygraphed; there is also a photograph of a drawing as well as a sketch published in a French printed medium. Most of the works have been made in pencil. Some of the drawings are signed. Seven of the items are dated.

The file contains texts written by Alekos and Rica Singopoulo regarding Cavafy. These texts investigate both his poetic work and his personality, while some refer to his family history. The material includes the text of a lecture by Singopoulo on the work of seven Greek poets (including Cavafy), a text with Singopoulo's comments on poems by Cavafy, the text "Le poète C. P. Cavafy" by Rica Singopoulo, drafts of a biography of the poet by her etc. Most texts are handwritten, while there is also the printed text of a lecture by Polys Modinos and Alekos Singopoulo on Cavafy's poetic work (1918). Four of the items are dated.

Handwritten notes by Cavafy on papers of various sizes. The main bulk of the notes is in the form of entries for a Greek dictionary of unusual words or neologisms. They are often accompanied by press clippings or quotes copied from publications. It also includes a draft introductory text with the reasons that led the poet to the collection of this material, as well as with the methodology he followed. The main bulk of the material is classified in ten handmade folders.

Sub-file 4 includes handwritten notes by Cavafy, of personal nature. Sub-file 5 contains items pertaining to the poet's immediate family. Sub-file 6 contains ephemera (business cards, theatre programmes, etc.). Sub-file 7 contains printed media (newspapers and journals) and Press clippings. Sub-file 8 contains works by third parties.

They are comments by the poet on translations made by friends of his, quotes from publications and printed media, references to literary works, notes on the composition of poems or texts etc. Thirteen of the items are dated.
