Handwritten list for the distribution of the 1907-15 Collection consisting of four cut sheets initially folded in folios with notes on both sides. The names of individuals are recorded in chronological order (1926-1930); next to the names is the number of issues sent to each of them as well as notes by Cavafy regarding the person who mediates for the acquisition of the issue or who will be the final recipient. At the top of the list it is stated that the distribution started in April 1926. The total of issues distributed is recorded at the end of each page and it is then carried forward to the top of the next one.

Every page is numbered in Greek, "α'" to "στ'", at top left. Quotes from poems and references to pages and volumes (Α'-Ε', Η') of a publication with no further details.

Envelope of the General Consulate of Greece ("Consulat Général de Grèce") in Alexandria, addressed to C. P. Cavafy. Printed recipient details in French and handwritten details. It contains two separate documents: The certificate of the Silver Medal of the Order of the Phoenix that was awarded to the poet by the Presidency of the Hellenic Republic, dated 12/7/1926. It is printed on two sheets of thick paper; printed and handwritten details on the recto of the first sheet. Typewritten accompanying letter by the Consul General of Greece in Alexandria, Marinos Sigouros, on the award of the certificate to C. P. Cavafy, dated 8/9/1926.
