Handwritten family tree of the Cavafy family on both sides of a double sheet notepaper, on which a piece of ruled sheet has been pasted. Compiled by John Cavafy. It includes three annexes, one of which ("No. 2") is the Fotiadis family tree. The tree was complemented by John to include data following the year 1883.

Reference to the death and funeral of the banker Athanasios Stoyannovitch (who had married Cavafy's cousin, Coralia, in Istanbul).
