The sender expresses his admiration for Cavafy's poetry, comments on his trip from Alexandria to Calcutta and provides information about his life there; he also refers to persons of their family. Papalamrino, Euvoulia M.Superfine Writing Pad correspondence pad filled with handwritten notes, most of which have been crossed out, obviously from the period when Cavafy could not speak (1932-1933) due to the tracheostomy he had undergone. The notes pertain to the poet's everyday life. The pad contains fifteen sheets, while some have been removed. The last sheet is blank. All but one are written on both sides. Parts of some sheets are missing.
