Comments on the interruption of correspondence between Vaianos and Cavfy, on publications regarding the poet in newspapers and periodicals as well as on the issue of awarding a "Prize of Excellence" on behalf of the Greek Government. Reference to the Nobel Prize. The following publications are mentioned:: Eleftheron Vima, Eleftheros Logos, Filiki Etaireia, La Vie, Kallitechniki kai Filologiki Zoi, Nea Techni.
