A blank sheet has most likely been cut off. On the first blank page, handwritten dedication by Marios Vaianos to Angelos Troupakis in red pencil, dated "1.7.30". The collection consists of bound printed broadsheets and contains sixty-one poems. The poems are numbered at top right, in print or by hand, occasionally corrected by the poet. Handwritten cancellations and emendations by Cavafy in some of the poems. The collection also contains a printed folding sheet with the poem titles in two columns and in chronological order.
