Handwritten letter by Ion Dragoumis to Cavafy on both sides of letterheaded paper with mourning border. Ion Dragoumis, who is writing from Alexandroupolis (Dedeağaç), refers to an article of his that he is sending the poet as well as to their common desire to publish a journal (named "Ta tessera tefchi") in Alexandria. He expresses his regret for being unable to meet with Cavafy during the latter's visit to Athens (in 1903).
