Placed inside a double sheet notepaper with handwritten title and indication of place (Alexandria) and date on the first page. The remaining pages are blank. The same poem, comprising three stanzas, is repeated at the beginning and the end of the text. Signed "Const. F. Cavafy" on the last page.
