Handwritten letter by Paul Cavafy to C. P. Cavafy from Tours, France, according to the letterhead, on all sides of a bifolio. It is a description of the trip Paul is making in France, accompanying the Englishman Warde-Aldam. He refers extensively to the cities they have already visited, to monuments and sights they have seen and to their itinerary; he also expresses his strong admiration for France. Of note is the use of French words and phrases in the flow of written discourse. (Tours)
