The names of individuals are recorded in chronological order (1926-1930); next to the names is the number of issues sent to each of them as well as notes by Cavafy regarding the person who mediates for the acquisition of the issue or who will be the final recipient. At the top of the list it is stated that the distribution started in April 1926. The total of issues distributed is recorded at the end of each page and it is then carried forward to the top of the next one.

Handwritten notes with comments by Cavafy on the French translations of his poems, recorded by another person (most probably Rica Singopoulo), since he is mentioned in the text as "C.". The text is written on two separate sheets –recto and verso–, one of which is a letterhead of the journal Alexandrini Techni and bears a printed date indication 193[..]. Extensive commentary on the poems "Ithaca" (Ithaque), "The City" (La ville) and "Ides of March" (Les ides de Mars). Cancellations and emendations.

Handwritten letter by Cavafy to Constantin Photiadès on the first three pages of a bifolio. The last page is blank. The poet replies to a letter by Photiadès and expresses his thanks for the latter's appreciation. He praises and extensively comments on the book by Photiadès on Maria Kalergi, often using short quotes in French. He also praises and comments on another book by Photiadès, on the French poet Pierre de Ronsard. Finally, he informs the sender about the despatch of three of his poems in Greek and of six French translations by Aison Kyriacopoulo and Rica Singopoulo. Handwritten letter by Giannis A. Saregiannis to Cavafy on both sides of a ruled sheet. He informs him that he handed collections by the poet to Hubert Pernot and Thrasos Kastanakis. Comments on Cavafy's poem "The Battle of Magnesia". (Paris)

Handwritten letter by Nikos Zelitas (Stefanos Pargas) to Cavafy on the first and last pages of a bifolio, sent from Cairo. Zelitas refers to an article that defends the poet and his work; he asks for the manuscript of his critique on the Grammaire du grec moderne by Pernot and mentions a planned lecture in Cairo on Cavafy's work.

Handwritten letter by Polys Modinos to Cavafy in three sheets, with notes to the recto of the last. References to Hubert Pernot –Modinos urges Cavafy to write to him–, to J. Kefalinos, K. Varnalis –for whom there are comments on his personal opinion on K. Palamas– as well as to a poet who wrote a sonnet dedicated to Cavafy and intends to visit him in Alexandria. Extended reference to Miltos Kountouras and the opinion he expressed regarding Cavafy's poetry as well as to Psichari. The sheets are numbered (2, 3). Handwritten text with Cavafy's views on Hubert Pernot's Grammaire du grec moderne, Paris, 1917) on a large number of sheets and pieces of paper. Most sheets are numbered; the numbering is, however, discontinuous and occasional repetitions are observed. Some of the quotes, as well as interpolated words and phrases in English and in French. The text boundaries are unclear.

Typewritten French translations of poems by Cavafy ("Au mois d’Athyr", "Sur Ammonis mort à 29 ans, en 610", "Ithaque"), on two sheets and two double sheet notepapers; the poem "Ithaque" written on the latter. On each double sheet notepaper, the same part of the poem is repeated twice, on the first and third pages; this is why number "2" is noted on each sheet of the second double sheet notepaper. On the rest of the sheets, numbers "2" and "4" are noted in pencil. Handwritten emendations on the poem "Au mois d'Athyr" as well as typewritten explanatory footnote, regarding a verse of the poem. The name of H. Pernot Pernot as translator is noted, either handwritten or typewritten.
