Handwritten list for the distribution of the 1907-15 Collection consisting of four cut sheets initially folded in folios with notes on both sides. The names of individuals are recorded in chronological order (1926-1930); next to the names is the number of issues sent to each of them as well as notes by Cavafy regarding the person who mediates for the acquisition of the issue or who will be the final recipient. At the top of the list it is stated that the distribution started in April 1926. The total of issues distributed is recorded at the end of each page and it is then carried forward to the top of the next one.

The poet replies to a letter by Photiadès and expresses his thanks for the latter's appreciation. He praises and extensively comments on the book by Photiadès on Maria Kalergi, often using short quotes in French. He also praises and comments on another book by Photiadès, on the French poet Pierre de Ronsard. Finally, he informs the sender about the despatch of three of his poems in Greek and of six French translations by Aison Kyriacopoulo and Rica Singopoulo. Typewritten French translations of poems by Cavafy ("Au mois d’Athyr", "Sur Ammonis mort à 29 ans, en 610", "Ithaque"), on two sheets and two double sheet notepapers; the poem "Ithaque" written on the latter. On each double sheet notepaper, the same part of the poem is repeated twice, on the first and third pages; this is why number "2" is noted on each sheet of the second double sheet notepaper. On the rest of the sheets, numbers "2" and "4" are noted in pencil. Handwritten emendations on the poem "Au mois d'Athyr" as well as typewritten explanatory footnote, regarding a verse of the poem. The name of H. Pernot Pernot as translator is noted, either handwritten or typewritten.
