Handwritten note on the poem "Ode & Elegy of the Streets" in a sheet made of two pieces of paper affixed onto a third one (at top right of the blank verso, another affixed piece of paper), as well as in two other pieces of paper. On one of the two, date at the bottom of the verso and number "2" on the recto, at top right.
