Cavafy comments on the current issue of Semaine Égyptienne (June 1928), which includes the publication of the Kerenia Koukla by Konstantinos Christomanos, translated by Giannis Papas. Cavafy mentions the commentary on the issue in the newspaper Tachydromos; he also expresses his dislike regarding the meagre reference therein to his own work in the Semaine Égyptienne; it is a text entitled "[Opinion of C. on Ahmed Rassim]".
