Vanderborght had informed Cavafy by letter about this event, so the article may be dated to 1929.

This is the text of a lecture delivered by Singopoulo on 10/6/1920 at the hall of the Greek Secondary School Alumni Association (of the Averoff Secondary School and the Salvageios School of Commerce), on the work by seven Modern Greek poets.
