From the second poem of 1916 until the poems of 1918, the titles and page numbers are handwritten by Cavafy and continue on to the fourth page. The second page is blank. On the third and fourth pages, handwritten notes by Singopoulo. Accompanied by seven broadsheets with poems by Cavafy, with handwritten comments by Singopoulo as well as manuscript cancellations and emendations by Cavafy. All broadsheets were printed in 1916. Copy of the poem "That Is He", written by Singopoulo on one side of a sheet. All prints are placed in a handmade folder of paperboard.

The numbering is printed but in most sheets it has been crossed out and corrected by hand. There is no cover or title page. Titles of 1920 and 1921 poems added by Cavafy at the end of the second column and on the verso. The broadsheets were printed at the Kasimatis & Ionas printing house in Alexandria during the 1917-1921 period, using fonts of different sizes and on papers of various qualities and colours. Handwritten emendations by Cavafy in the text of three poems and in the date of two others. Holes at top left of all sheets caused by metal paperclip.

Poetry collection by Cavafy, comprising 69 bound broadsheets; they were printed at the Kasimatis & Ionas printing house in the period 1918-1922. It contains 60 poems, sequentially numbered (2-60) at top right of the recto of the sheets. The numbering is printed, corrected on several instances in ink by the poet. Cancellations and emendations or additions by Cavafy in some of the poems. The verso of all sheets is blank. A hole at top left of the recto of all sheets indicates that they were initially bound using a paperclip. There is no front cover (although it appears that it originally existed), rear cover or table of contents. The paper is of varying colour and quality. Some of the broadsheets also have an annotation of the particular month in which they were printed (June, July, September, December 1919; June, August, October, December 1920; March, June, September, December 1921; February 1922). Dalven asks Singopoulo's permission to publish poems by Cavafy in an anthology of modern Greek poetry she is preparing in English. Collection of poems by Cavafy, comprising 44 loose printed broadsheets, with 40 poems on the recto. The verso of all sheets is blank, except for one, which bears handwritten notes. They have all been printed at the Kasimatis & Ionas printing house during the period 1917-1920. Two of the broadsheets have an indication of the month in which they were printed (July 1919). They bear printed numbering (3-41) at top right of the recto, crossed out and corrected on several instances in ink by Cavafy. The first poem ("But Wise Men Apprehend What Is Imminent") bears the number 14, crossed out in ink. The next poem ("In the Entrance of the Café") bears the number "3" (corrected by hand from the printed "16"). From there on, the numbering is sequential. There is no front cover, rear cover or table of contents. Handwritten notes by Tellos Agras in pencil on some of the broadsheets. A hole at top left of all sheets indicates that they were bound using a paperclip. Accompanied by envelope.

The printed broadsheets containing the poems follow, numbered at top right of the recto (1 to 59 – sheets 7 and 56 are missing). The numbering is mostly printed, in a few instances handwritten, and in some it has been corrected by hand. The verso of all broadsheets is blank. The poems are followed by a blank sheet and printed table of contents in chronological order, in two columns. The contents page is part of the sheet also containing the title page. The poem titles are preceded by a mark in pencil. The 1919 titles are crossed out, while three of them are handwritten. Two 1919 poem titles and a 1920 poem title are handwritten on the verso of the contents page and have been crossed out. The broadsheets were printed at the Kasimatis & Ionas printing house (Alexandria) during the 1917-1920 period (five of them also mention the month of printing: two in July 1919, and one each in September 1919, December 1919 and March 1920).

Two of them, "Far Off" (No 23) and "One Night" (No 28), also bear a first print indication (1914 and 1915, respectively).
