Leather-bound volume, comprising typewritten English translations of Cavafy's poems by his brother, John. On the cover, the title "Cavafy Poems" in gold letters inside a gold border. On the "title page", the title "Poems written in Greek by C. P. Cavafy translated by J. C. Cavafy" and the indication "Alexandria 1917". It is followed by two pages of contents and the poems in English. The pages are numbered ("i-v" and "1-21") at bottom centre. Fifteen poems have been translated. All translations are typewritten, without emendations or additions.
