The notes are placed inside a four-page folder of paperboard; the title "Coincidences of Similarities in Literary Works" is written by Cavafy in the first page. The remaining pages are blank.

              Handwritten note on the poem "Ode & Elegy of the Streets" in a sheet made of two pieces of paper affixed onto a third one (at top right of the blank verso, another affixed piece of paper), as well as in two other pieces of paper. The notes are linguistic remarks and references to Ptochoprodromus and to folk songs (published by Passow) as well as to poems by Cavafy ("Walls", "In the Cemetery").
