Some of the poems are found in more than one copies. On one of the sheets, number "3" is noted in pencil. Aison Kyriacopoulo is mentioned as the translator at the end of each poem.

              Printed edition of the music composed by Dimitri Mitropoulos on Cavafy's poetry, entitled "10 Inventions". Printed dedication "To Alkis Thrylos" on the first page. Handwritten dedication by the composer to Cavafy, dated 9/6/1927, at the top left of the third page (numbered "1"). The poems set to music are the following: "Far Off", "To Stay", "That They Come-", "The Next Table", "Days of 1903", "Gray", "In the Street", "The Afternoon Sun", "I've Gazed So Much-" and "I Went". The French translations of the aforementioned poems in the last three pages.

              Typewritten French translations of poems by Cavafy, on one side of twelve sheets ("J'ai tellement Fixé...", "Satrapie" etc.). The sheets are placed inside a double sheet notepaper. On the first page of the notepaper, the title and handwritten dedication by Aison Kyriacopoulo, Cavafy's translator, to the poet. On the third page, the penultimate of the document, the titles of the translated poems, by way of an index. The poems contained (a total of 11) are fewer than the poems in the index (12). Handwritten corrections on the typewritten text. The title "But Wise Men Apprehend What Is Imminent", the quote before the poem and the index are all written in Greek.

              Printed edition of the music Dimitris Mitropoulos composed on Cavafy’s poetry, titled 10 Inventions. There is a printed dedication “To Alkis Thrylos” on the first page. On the top left of the third page (numbered “1”), the composer’s written dedication towards the illegible name of a person [Minni Bamiero (?)], dated 11/3/1927. The poems set to music are the following: “Far Off”, “To Stay”, “That They Come”, “The Next Table”, “Days of 1903”, “Gray”, “In the Street”, “The Afternoon Sun”, “I’ve Gazed So Much–“ and “I Went”. The French translations of the above poems are published on the last three pages.
