He comments on their partnership and the course of their commercial house in Egypt and in Istanbul; he asks of him to take charge of the branch in Alexandria or Cairo instead of returning to England. The style of the text is highly charged and intense. There are several mentions of Paul's poverty and hunger as well as of people he intends to approach for assistance.
