The poet sends his regards to Vlachopoulos and mentions his correspondence with Vaianos. Finally, he provides information as to the correct Latin spelling of his name.             Collection of poems by Cavafy, comprising loose printed broadsheets. It contains 70 poems. All broadsheets (except for the first) are numbered at top right of the recto. The verso of all broadsheets is blank. Sequential numbering from 2 to 20 and from 22 through 70; the numbers are usually printed and only on one instance corrected by the poet's hand ("21" corrected to read "8".). Sheet serving as front cover, with the handwritten title "Cavafy Poems (1915-1925)", not written by the poet. Below that, written by another person, the note: "Gray is missing". In the centre of the page, rubber stamp of the journal Nea Techni of Athens. At bottom right the note, in a different handwriting than the other two, "Cavafy's songs, Alexandria 1924" has been crossed out. Blank sheet at the end, in lieu of a back cover. The broadsheets were printed at the Kasimatis & Ionas and Mitsanis printing houses in the period 1919-1925. Some of them mention the month of publication (August, October, December 1920; March, June, September, December 1921; February, December 1922; May, 4 September, 2 November 1923; 3 January, 7 July, 9 December 1924; 20 January 1925).             Collection of poems by Cavafy, comprising 44 loose printed broadsheets, with 40 poems on the recto. The verso of all sheets is blank, except for one, which bears handwritten notes. They have all been printed at the Kasimatis & Ionas printing house during the period 1917-1920. Two of the broadsheets have an indication of the month in which they were printed (July 1919). They bear printed numbering (3-41) at top right of the recto, crossed out and corrected on several instances in ink by Cavafy. The first poem ("But Wise Men Apprehend What Is Imminent") bears the number 14, crossed out in ink. The next poem ("In the Entrance of the Café") bears the number "3" (corrected by hand from the printed "16"). From there on, the numbering is sequential. There is no front cover, rear cover or table of contents. Handwritten notes by Tellos Agras in pencil on some of the broadsheets. A hole at top left of all sheets indicates that they were bound using a paperclip. Accompanied by envelope.
