Four printed theatre programmes of amateur performances in theatres of Alexandria (Alhambra, Concordia, (Ex-) Union Artistique Française). Two of the programmes bear date indications (1921 and 1923). Alekos Singopoulo and Rica Agallianou (later Singopoulo) participate in some of the plays. One of the performances included a stage adaptation of the poem by Cavafy "An Old Man" (referred to as "The Old Man") . The performance is dated to 1924, on the basis of a publication by N. Giokarinis in the newspaper Tachydromos of Alexandria.

Certain inaccuracies are observed, such as the poet's date of birth (1865 instead of 1863).

A total of 23 pieces of paper inside a handmade folder of hard paper, entitled "From the last manuscripts of C.P.C.", in a handwriting other than the poet's (most probably Rica Singopoulo's). Interpolated words and phrases in English. They are notes through which Cavafy communicated when he was longer able to speak, due to the tracheostomy he underwent in 1932 in Athens.

Positive comments on the style and language of Cavafy's poetry and its reception England. Mention of the poet's poor health and his hospitalisation in Athens. In a postscript, Dawkins asks Singopoulo's assistance in locating a publication on Greek popular poetry (Ν. Mavris / E. Papadopoulos, Dodekanisiaki lyra. Tomos protos. Kasiaki lyra, itoi dimodis poiisis kai mousiki tis nisou Kasou. Port Said 1928, print. Nea Icho). The citation, in Greek, is not written by the author, who has made handwritten additions in English.
