            Typewritten text by Raymond Torcy on the recto of five sheets, entitled "Aristobule". The first part of the text describes the story of Aristobulus, while the second provides information on Cavafy and his work, also including a French translation of the poem "Aristobulus" by G. A. Papoutsakis. Reference to the journal La Semaine égyptienne (issue dedicated to Cavafy, 1929). Handwritten cancellations and emendations in parts of the text by Cavafy himself, as well as other notes in pencil on most sheets. Authorial emendations and signature in ink at the end of the text. The sheets are numbered (2-5).

            Homemade book consisting of typewritten sheets, printed broadsheets and manuscripts. The "title page" is made of a cover from the 1910 poetry collection of Cavafy, with the printed title "C. P. Cavafy's Poems" and the indication "Alexandria 1910". Below the word "Poems", the handwritten note by John Cavafy "Englished by J. C. Cavafy". It is preceded by a quote of unknown authorship and followed by four pages of contents, with the poem titles in English. They are followed by the English translations of the poems. A total of forty-three of Cavafy's poems are translated. Their titles are either typewritten or handwritten. In some instances, there are inserted printed broadsheets with the poems in Greek or parts of prints affixed on the existing pages. Cancellations and emendations in most translations, be they handwritten or typewritten. The date indication "1912" on one of the broadsheets. The 71 pages of the book are numbered, either typewritten or handwritten. The printed broadsheets are not included in the page numbering. The front and back covers are blank.

            Cavafy's poetry collection (Γ5). Bifolio of paperboard, which also serves as a folder , in lieu of a front and back cover. On another bifolio, made of paper, the title page and the table of contents (on the last two pages). On the first page of both bifolios, the title of the collection: "C. P. Cavafy Poems", and the indication "Alexandria 1915-1925". The last date is written by the poet. On the last page of the paper bifolio, handwritten dedication by Cavafy to A. Vlachopoulos. A blank sheet follows; eighty-four loose broadsheets and another blank sheet, all initially bound with paperclip, as indicated by the holes at top left of each sheet. At top right of the recto of the broadsheets, sequential printed numbering ("2" to "76"), occasionally corrected by the poet. Between sheets "17" and "18", inserted sheet with polygraphed typewritten translation of the poem "One of Their Gods" by G. Valassopoulo, with notes by Cavafy. The poems are printed on papers of various qualites and with fonts of various sizes, on paper of the Kasimatis & Ionas and Mitsanis printing houses dating to the period 1919-1925. Table of contents with poem titles in chronological order, in two columns. The last three titles on the first page of the contents are handwritten by Cavafy, as are all the titles on the second page. Handwritten emendations in two of the poems.

            Homemade book made of manuscripts, printed broadsheets and parts of prints pasted on sheets. On the "title page" (made of a cover from the 1910 poetry collection of Cavafy) the printed title "C. P. Cavafy Poems" and the indication "Alexandria 1910" as well as the note "Englished by J. C. Cavafy", handwritten by John Cavafy. The date has been crossed out and corrected to 1917, also by John. The contents of the volume are not recorded. The volume layout includes the printed broadsheets with the poems in Greek and their handwritten English translation. Publication dates are marked on the broadsheets: "1914, 1915, 1916". Fifteen poems have been translated. Few cancellations and emendations. Some of the emendations on small-size papers, pasted on the emended word or phrase. The metal staples of the binding are missing. The unmarked cover is made of paperboard.

Reference to issues regarding the English translations of poems of his and despatch of two new translations by G. Valassopoulo. The poem titles in Greek. Two copies of the translation of the poem "Envoys from Alexandria" by G. Valassopoulo, one written and signed by Cavafy (on the first page of a ruled double sheet notepaper) and the other written by another hand (on a ruled sheet), with authorial notes and emendations. Two copies of the translation of the poem "Those Who Fought on Behalf of the Achaean League" by G. Valassopoulo, one written and signed by Cavafy and the other written by another hand, with notes and corrections by Cavafy. The translations which are not written by the poet are most likely written by Valassopoulo. Cavafy corrects Valassopoulo's translations and incorporates the corrections into written up copies, which he sends to Forster.

            Two leather-bound copies of a volume, comprising typewritten English translations of Cavafy's poems by his brother, John. On the cover, the title "Cavafy Poems" in gold letters inside a gold border. On the "title page", the note "Poems written in Greek by C. P. Cavafy translated by J. C. Cavafy" and the indication "Alexandria 1916". It is followed by five pages of contents and the poems in English. The pages are numbered ("i-v" and "1-64") at bottom centre. The volume includes forty-three poems, all typewritten. Only in two instances, when a quote from an ancient author is include, the Greek text has been handwritten by John Cavafy. In that case, John has added his English translation, copied from a publication, on an piece of paper covering the Greek text.

            Printed four-page pamphlet with the poem "Walls" and its English translation by the poet's brother, John Cavafy. The first page bears the poem title and the poet's name, a brief quote from Aeschylus as well as place (Alexandria) and date indication (1 September 1896). Two typographic ornaments, one at top left and another at bottom right. Border.
            On the second page, the poem in Greek inside a border, and the initials "C.C.". On the third page, in the same layout, the indication "Translation" and the initials "J.C.C.". The layout of the fourth page is similar to that of the first one, but the date (1897) is written in Roman numerals. Accompanied by another copy torn in two places.
